Not for everyone due to length. Robert H. Lustig, MD, UCSF Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology, explores the damage caused by sugary foods. While long, it’s pretty cool seeing the way he compares sugar and alcohol. Style-wise…he’s no Steve Jobs. All good.
