Brilliant and funny.

Inspiration, resilience and honor swirl about the pixelated grandeur of Catalyst Valley. Some come to learn, others just to look. All are welcome to explore a place where photography, travel, food, great organic coffee, and vibrant health are celebrated. Luckily, it's an informal place so don't mind all the low-fi pix scattered about.
Taking on milk, soy “milk”, water and our consumer culture gone awry. Brilliant and funny.

Whole Soy Story: The Dark Side of America’s Favorite Health Food by Kaayla T. Daniel is the goto article to introduce folks into the creepiness that is soy. Consider the source, you say? It’s Mothering Magazine folks, not some loud-mouthed, agenda-laden, diluted rag. You can trust it. It’s dead-on.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg too. A year later, the author published The Whole Soy Story as a 400+ page book.

A comprehensive citizen-sponsored site getting the word out about the dangers of soy. A good clearinghouse.
From their site:
“We do not seek the destruction of the soy industry or to stop people eating soy. We have no desire to stop you being Vegan or to cause you to switch to dairy products. Rather we seek to expose the deceit of the major soy companies and to uncover the truth about soy products. We do this by providing you with factual material that you can read for yourself, so that in the future you can make an informed choice about what you eat.”
Information is power.
