About

Inspiration, resilience and honor swirl about the pixelated grandeur of Catalyst Valley. Some come to learn, others just to look. All are welcome to explore a place where photography, travel, food, great organic coffee, and vibrant health are celebrated. Luckily, it's an informal place so don't mind all the low-fi pix scattered about.

» Single-Origin Decaf is Finally Here

organiccoffee:

We’ve got decaf and our importer’s mom is going to be happy. The same solid farmers of Zaragoza, Mexico who bring you the original Farmer’s Daughters have run their beans through a swiss-water process and liberated them of their caffeine. Please give this coffee a try and spread the word to your caffeine-free friends.Farmer's Daughters Decaf Organic Coffee

While sitting in Portland’s Coffee Plant (and gluten-free bakery) drinking a cup of coffee from Kinyovu, Burundi I realized I had been there. This shot was made at the Kinyovu dry mill in 2007. It’s a whole different cup of coffee now. Relationships are everything.

Two cups of single-origin syphon coffee at Barista in Portland, OR = $20. Sharing them with a friend who’s sixty low-carb pounds lighter since I last saw her…priceless. Salut!
